We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Assistant to join our JACK & JONES team in Brande to collaborate closely with the sales representatives and play a significant role in contributing to developing JACK & JONES’ position in the Spanish market.

YOUR TEAM
You will be joining a dynamic and international sales team at JACK & JONES in Brande. The team consists of 11 dedicated and energetic colleagues who handle responsibilities in the southern markets. Two of your colleagues also focus specifically on the Spanish market, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment for any new team member.

YOUR ROLE
Your primary responsibility will be the administrative support of our sales responsible, our sales representatives and our customers in the Spanish market. In addition, you will be the link between the customers, the sales team and JACK & JONES’ buying department.
More specifically, your tasks include:

Ensuring correct sales flow in collaboration with Buying and Sales Order processing and following up on order and stock situation. Distribution of products to our customers. Assisting at collection meetings, sales events. Optimising sales to our customers/partners.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an individual with a sales-oriented, positive, and energetic attitude, who thrives in an administrative role that requires you to work on and prioritise between multiple tasks at the same time.
We hire for mindset and train for skills, but it would be great, if you bring the following to the table:

Good understanding of the business. Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English. Experience from a sales position would be an advantage.
