How to contribute to our vision:
You will play a key role in assisting our designers for design for safety, ensuring that our products are compliant with relevant directives and standards. You will be given a great deal of responsibility and opportunity to work globally with our development sites.
The position will involve a large amount of stakeholder management and varying tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Preparing and delivering product safety deliverables as defined in our process
- Advising the design modules on questions related to product safety and compliance
- Facilitating the Design Risk Assessment process within the modules
- Assessing safety and compliance aspects of the design and the Turbine Technical File deliverables
- Coordinating information sharing with the Sales and Operations organizations
- Reviewing together with the engineers the design solutions and supporting and challenging them on improvements in safety during the design phase
What you need to make a difference:
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
We are also looking for someone with:
- Experience with product safety or a keen interest in learning
- Good at facilitating interdepartmental communication
- Master of Engineering
- Level of English: advanced
