Legal Expertise in a Dynamic Environment

We are seeking an In-House Legal Associate to join our Copenhagen-based legal team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our General Counsel, providing support on various legal and compliance matters.

About the Role:
  • Maintain and update legal documents, including standard terms & conditions, data processing agreements, privacy policies, and cookie policies.
  • Review and negotiate simple commercial contracts.
  • Propose contract drafting, such as for standard terms and conditions.
  • Assist with private and public tenders.
  • Maintain compliance with the GDPR and related privacy regulations, including conducting privacy assessments, drafting templates, and responding to privacy questionnaires.
  • Conduct legal research and monitor current and upcoming legislations and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master's program in law or Bachelor's program in law from Denmark with relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Commercial Law, Contract Law, and the GDPR.
  • Ability to write and speak fluent English.
  • A 'can-do' mindset with a strong desire to acquire new knowledge.
