Core Responsibilities
You will be an important member of the Global Treasury team in the LEGO Group and take part of both daily operations, team priorities and cross functional projects. Examples of tasks you will be involved in:
- Optimizing funding structures in the group’s 50+ legal subsidiaries
- Cash & Liquidity Management
- Manage counterparty risk instrument portfolio and evaluate working capital initiatives like SCF, Dynamic Discounting etc.
- Maintain and develop our team’s risk modelling capabilities. Be part of driving new initiatives within: Databased decision making, Treasury Digitalization and Financial Scenario Analysis
- Proactive partner to our business and finance community driving financial risk diligence and strong business decisions in Treasury related topics.

In collaboration with the teams in the CFO Organization, Group Treasury protects the financial value in The LEGO Group’s, ensures efficient use of capital and cash, and partners the business to drive sound financial decision making.

Do you have what it takes?
- The candidate holds a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 1-3 years experience from a Treasury, Banking, Corporate Finance or relevant function preferably including exposure to one or more of the following areas, Cash Management, Corporate Finance Management or Financial Risk Management
- You are self-motivated, result oriented and are not afraid to take initiative to get things done.
- Open and engaged team player who gives team effort highest priority
- A natural ability to build and nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- It would be beneficial to have experience with SAP, Power BI, R programming or Bloomberg.
- It would be a beneficial to have experience with evaluating financial contracts (e.g. loan or guarantee agreements)
The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
