About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Risk Management Officer to join our team in Billund, Denmark. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and risk management, with experience in cash and liquidity management, counterparty risk assessment, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective cash and liquidity management strategies to ensure optimal funding structures for our 50+ legal subsidiaries
  • Manage counterparty risk instrument portfolios and evaluate working capital initiatives such as Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Dynamic Discounting
  • Maintain and develop our team's risk modeling capabilities to drive informed decision-making
  • Partner with the business and finance community to drive sound financial decisions and proactively manage financial risks

Requirements

  • A master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Corporate Finance, or a relevant function, preferably with exposure to cash management, corporate finance management, or financial risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • An open and engaged team player who prioritizes collaboration and teamwork
