Hos NOISY MAY søger vi lige nu en Sales Coordinator til vores salgsteam i Aarhus. Vi er på jagt efter en udadvendt og administrativt stærk profil, der kan varetage og kordinere opgaver for vores markeder i USA, Canada, Sverige, Norge, Finland og Danmark.

TEAMET
Du får en central rolle i en ung, social og resultatorienteret salgsafdeling, hvor vi alle har fokus på at være den bedste samarbejdspartner for vores kunder, og hvor interessen for mode er med til at bane vejen for vores succes. Vi drives alle af at gøre en forskel og sikre positiv vækst for NOISY MAY.

Du bliver en del af et dedikeret og internationalt team, og du vil få et stort netværk både i og udenfor organisationen, da du kommer til at arbejde på tværs af hele værdikæden.

JOBBET
Dit primære ansvar bliver at sikre et tæt samarbejde i salgsteamet og supportere dem med forskellige administrative og salgsrelaterede opgaver. Du vil være med til at supportere og kordinere opgaver for sælgerne samt vores Regionale Sales Managers på markederne USA, Canada, Sverige, Norge, Finland og Danmark. Mere konkret inkluderer dine arbejdsopgaver:

Varetage ordrebehandling, følge op på ordre- og lagersituation, distribution og reklamationer Administrativ support til kunder, sælgere samt managers.  Ansvarlig for udarbejdelse af prislister, assortiments Kontakt med sælger samt håndtering af deres forespørgsler vedrørende ordrer, styles, kollektioner, leveringer etc. Forberedelse samt support ved salgsmøder og andre events

Har minimum to års erfaring fra en administrativ stilling Gerne har kendskab til modebranchen  Har gode kommunikative evner og taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk Besidder godt købmandskab samt god talforståelse
