emagine is looking for a Service Asset & Configuration Management Consultant.

Responsibility

Ensure that employees accept and follow SACM processes within ITIL.

Ensure the process’s deliveries and performance in relation to the SACM process’s KPI’s

Ensure the identification and execution of improvements

Ensure reporting and ongoing monitoring of the SACM process KPI’s

Ensure efficient use of tools

Ensure that resource allocation is coordinated with other processes and tasks

Tasks

Establish workflows for employees in the SACM process

Ongoing follow-up of deliveries and KPis

Reporting to process owner

Provide input for process improvements to the SACM Process Owner

Carry out ongoing improvement activities on the SACM process, as well as ensure cross-functional coordination

Continuous updating of documentation

Follow-up on whether registration practices are followed and tools are used as agreed

Participates on CAB board and similar.

Monitor that the output of the process delivers what was agreed

Communicate SLAs and KPIs to the business

Decide escalations both functionally and hierarchically

Decide on the prioritization of tasks in the SACM process

Decide on the handling of tasks that deviate from the SACM process

Decide the quality level of the SACM process tasks

Qualifications

Understand process journey and foundation

Understand how employees work in the process

Understand the need to work cross-functionally

ITIL process understanding at least at Foundation level and preferably at intermediate level

Business knowledge

Basic IT knowledge

Basic project management knowledge

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 4-6 Months.

Allocation: Fulltime, Hybrid - Onsite 3-4 days pr week.

Location: Ballerup.
