Are you keen to play a crucial role in the implementation and execution of an efficient Fixed Income sales strategy for Danish institutional clients? The Fixed Income department in Danske Bank is the Nordic leader of delivering Fixed Income solutions to our customers. We have strong customer relationships across the Nordics, but in addition we cover international clients from USA to Japan.
Our sales team is consistently highly rated in customer surveys, and consists of seven skilled sales professionals, and we are looking to add a leader who will drive the team towards our strategic objectives.
Lead the team and drive development
You will lead and coordinate the sales activities of the team, which is responsible for implementing and executing key sales strategies in the entire Fixed Income product space across Danske Bank's Danish institutional client base. You will collaborate with other sales, trading, research, and support teams to ensure the highest performance both for our customers and the bank.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Drive the development and implementation of innovative fixed income sales strategies for Danish institutional clients Lead our engaged team of seven fixed income sales professionals, setting clear objectives, and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence. Leverage industry insights and knowledge to build and maintain key relationships with key customers within financial institutions across Denmark.Collaborate with other teams within Danske Bank to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to the market. You will be an integral part of shaping the future of Fixed Income sales coverage, while you participate in the execution of the overall Fixed Income strategy.
You will also ensure our sales practices are in strict adherence to regulatory compliance and Danske Bank's high standards of integrity.

It is important that you have proven leadership experience in a similar role within a major financial institution, with a clear focus on fixed income. You have good relationships with key people in several Danish financial institutions, and the ability to build good relationships and create followership.
You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret Fixed Income market trends - and then you are fluent in Danish and English.
