Manufacturing and Global Procurement > Global Procurement > Global Procurement Program Management
The department is responsible for organizing and implementing the procurement scope of Technology, New Product Introduction and Technology Transfer projects within Vestas. 

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Technology and New Product Introduction projects within Global Procurement in close cooperation with R&D (Vestas Power Solutions), Manufacturing and other key functions Take full ownership of ensuring all deliverables from Global Procurement in your projects according to the Vestas stage-gate model Bring Global Procurement strategies into action when carrying out the projects Deliver on agreed project scope and targets, ensuring the balance between quality, time, cost, resources and risks Ensure supply chain readiness throughout the development projects until global production ramp-up Project budget responsible for Global Procurement in all the projects

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has more than 5 years of proven experience within project management, e.g. in production companies with a global supply chain. Furthermore, we expect that you:

Have a relevant BSc or MSc in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent Hold a project management certification such as Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent or relevant experience  Have experience with New Product Introduction and with Procurement Have led project teams with team members joining in from around the world Have experience working in a matrix organization Have professional communication and presentation skills
