I Pentia er vi på udkig efter en Awesome React Native Technical Lead. Du bliver en del af et team med 10 andre udviklere, som sammen med vores designer, projektledere og samarbejdspartnere udvikler AWESOME apps og software. Du vil skulle indgå i og bistå teamet i den fortsatte udvikling og brug af React Native på forskellige opgaver. Din rolle vil være at sætte retningen for vores front-end team. Jobbet er som udgangspunkt fra vores Odense-kontor, men dog fleksibelt, hvilket gør det muligt at arbejde hjemmefra efter nærmere aftale. Vi forestiller os at stillingen kommer til at bestå af 20-25 timers udvikling i React Native. Resten af tiden vil bestå af opgaver forbundet med dit lederansvar. 

Det er vigtigt for os, at du er fokuseret på høj kvalitet i din kodning og altid har fokus på, hvad der giver værdi for slutbrugeren. Vi arbejder nemlig på den agile “Pentia” way, hvilket betyder, at vi hele tiden ønsker at forbedre vores arbejde, herunder vores kodning, men også måden vi arbejder sammen på. Derfor er det også vigtigt for os, at du har interesse i at fremme og være med til at give og modtage feedback i måden, vi arbejder sammen på.

Udover dette, så arbejder vi med de nyeste teknologier, og derfor ønsker vi os også en kollega, som tager ansvar, som vil springe ud i svære opgaver og som går op i egen og teamets læring i netop React Native. 

Din uddannelsesmæssige baggrund, eller om du er selvlært, er ikke væsentligt. Det, der for alvor betyder noget, er, at du har de rette færdigheder, et højt drive og en stor passion for at udvikle apps, der skaber værdi.

Derfor ønsker vi, at du har flere af nedenstående færdigheder: 

At du har erfaring med at udvikle apps til Android og iOS igennem ReactNative. Du skal derudover have udgivet minimum 1 app i React Native.

At du har erfaring med moderne softwarearkitektur og "best practice" indenfor React Native, samt typescript.

At du har forståelse for container/component patterns, og erfaring med JSON RESTful API integration eller lign. web API'er.

At du kan gennemgå komplekse problemer og finde løsninger til dem. 

At du forstår at identificere, finde og udbedre fejl. Både fra crashrapporter og fra brugere. 

At du forstår vigtigheden af samarbejde via god kommunikation.

At du har forretningsforståelse. 

At du er fokuseret på høj kvalitet og systematisk kodning.
