What will you do as a Finance and Payroll Administrator?
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Overseeing finance administration such as invoicing and debt collection.
- Handling HR administration duties like contract management and addendums.
- Pension and payroll management
- Updating forecasts and supporting the preparation of the annual report.
- Contacting our customers via phone or email to inquire about outstanding debts
- Managing reimbursements, including those for trainees, and employees on parental leave
- Navigating through systems like e-conomic and our Admin panel to gather and present detailed customer information
About You:
We are looking for a candidate who is persistent, reliable, and an excellent record-keeper, with an ability to communicate with discretion and ease. You should have a systematic approach to managing tasks and a strong sense of responsibility. The role requires:
- Administration experience.
- Trustworthiness and the ability to keep things confidential.
- Tech savviness
- Being service-minded
- Candidates proficient in handling financial data in Excel will be prioritized
- Knowledge of Danish is a benefit, as well as experience with payroll in Denmark.
