Dine arbejdsopgaver:

Med reference til vores Salgsledelse bliver du en nøgleperson i vores salgsstyrke. Med udgangspunkt i de overordnede salgs- og marketingsplaner vil dine primære opgaver være:

Gennemførelse og opfølgning af salgsaktiviteter, animering af salg ud i salonerne Udvikling af eksisterende kunder Opsøgende salg/kanvas af nye kunder og professionel opstart af disse Budget- og resultatansvar inden for distriktet Rådgivning og uddannelse af frisører/salonpersonale

Din profil:

Du har erfaring med salg af- samt en god forståelse for mærkevarer. At være uddannet frisør eller at have branchekendskab er en fordel, men ikke en nødvendighed. Du er forretnings- og resultatfokuseret og arbejder struktureret og kvalitetsbevidst med dine opgaver. Du har drive og entusiasme ogt trives i en travl,dynamisk og omskiftelig hverdag. Du er serviceminded, udadvendt og har fremragende kommunikations- og forhandlingsevner. Du er selvmotiverende, men samtidig en god team player med evne til at inspirere og motivere dine omgivelser. Desuden har du gode SoMe og IT-kundskaber og du skal beherske engelsk da intern undvisning som oftest er på engelsk.
