The position
As a P&O Project Manager, you will be supporting API P&O Business Partnering with ad hoc requests, as well as:
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who can bring the following qualifications to the table:
Experience within project management, process facilitation, HR Business Partnering, or management consulting Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build solid relationships within the HR Business Partner community, with colleagues in the P&O Centres of Excellence and LoB The ability to navigate through the organisation, engage with CoE and other stakeholders Experience in developing and improving P&O solutions linked to the overall business purpose A relevant academic degree or equivalent Fluency in English, both written and spokenYou are known from your high energy, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a production environment, as well as your ability to take a team from idea to result and run the strategy process. You have the knowledge within change management and the ability to turn requests into implementable solutions.
About the department
Our API People & Organisation Business Partnering team consist of several HRBP team and a Training Academy team supporting all HR processes in API. Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs.
