About the Job:
Our Regulatory and Risk Enterprise Foundation team islooking for a Non-Financial Risk Associate with outsourcing responsibilities. In this role you willbe responsible for managing and overseeing the outsourcing and vendorsactivities within the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Further youwill also be responsible for assessing and mitigating risks associated with outsourcing and vendorsarrangements and implementing effective risk arrangements and strategies.
As our new Non-Financial Risk Associate, you will engage directly with peers in the business units across the global organisation. Our team acts as a partner to the business and engages with all functional areas to support the practical implementation of the outsourcing and vendors compliance program.
Responsibilities:
Implement policies and procedures related to outsourcing and vendors activities;
Monitor and evaluate the due diligence process associated with vendors and outsourcing arrangements through their life cycle;
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with outsourcing and vendorsmanagement;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units to ensure effective compliance with regulatory requirements;
Take ownership of the outsourcing and vendors register and ensure compliance with the relevant legislation;
Support the Head of Regulation and Risk in Enterprise Foundation in the delivery of Outsourcing and Vendors program activitiesacross the year.
The position requires experience in one or more of the following areas:
Non-Financial Risk Management;
Business Process Management;
Change Risk Management;
Risk and Control Assessments;
Facilitating/implementing risk and control frameworks and testing of controls;
Risk event management incl. root cause/impact investigation and mitigation strategies.

Further you:
Bring at least 2 years of relevant risk management experience obtained within a first, second or third line, preferably in the financial sector;
Have an academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Audit or similar;
Preferably, have previously worked as a Risk Manager, Business Risk Consultant, Internal Auditor or similar andhave knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to outsourcing and vendors management;
Have documented track record of leading and delivering independently projects from start to finish;
Are proficient in English, both verbal and written;
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
