As a Student Assistant for Global Partner Sales at GN Hearing, you will assist with order management and support our marketing efforts within a dynamic and diverse commercial organization.
In the role as Student Assistant for Global Partner Sales, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will support our Customer Care Team in managing orders, assist with marketing tasks, and engage in various global projects. Your work will span across multiple functions, ensuring excellence in all aspects from sales to shipping.

You will join our Business Operation team, a collaborative and diverse group dedicated to delivering top-tier service to our international partners. We value teamwork, diversity and inclusion, and a supportive work environment where every member’s contribution is appreciated.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Support the Customer Care team in daily operations. Manage marketing orders and process order activities using Navision and other applications. Prepare and process export documentation with Danish embassies, SKAT, and the Chamber of Commerce. Assist with eCommerce maintenance in Sitecore and coordinate eCommerce training for customers globally. Participate in global projects such as product launches, international events, and new system implementations. Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

Joining GN as a Student Assistant
In GN, our Student Assistants typically work 15-20 hours a week. We value flexibility and will collaborate with you to ensure your working hours complement your studies.
You also have the possibility to join the GN Students Network. This expansive network connects students from various departments and frequently hosts events like Friday bars, student lunches, and other engaging social activities.
