About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Assistant to join our Global Partner Sales team at GN Hearing. As a Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and registration processes, working closely with our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in product registrations and homologation projects
  • Support the Homologation Team as a Coordinator with product and distributor registrations
  • Update and follow up on Evidence of Compliance (EOC) lists with regions
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations
  • Create and manage registration cases in our internal system
  • Search for regulatory and product documentation in internal databases
  • Perform administrative tasks related to daily operations
Requirements
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work in a structured way
  • Understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills with people at different levels
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Sharepoint
  • Good can-do attitude and willingness to learn

We offer a flexible working arrangement, with the possibility of working 15-20 hours a week. You will also have access to our GN Students Network, which connects students from various departments and hosts events like Friday bars, student lunches, and other social activities.
