Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full life-cycle recruiting for North Europe (Denmark, Sweden, Norway & Finland). For the assigned locations, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for ensuring that Mars attracts and selects high-performing, high-potential associates who will drive the business forward. Full life-cycle recruiting includes consulting with hiring managers to determine critical capabilities, designing the staffing strategy, sourcing and pre-screening candidates, organizing panels, and facilitating debrief meetings to ensure the highest quality candidates are hired.

Work closely with Hiring managers to determine core capabilities/experiences for success in the roles, and work with key stakeholders in attracting diverse candidates with the right skills and capabilities to ensure Mars short and long-term business objectives. Actively manage the recruitment of all vacant roles. The process includes organizing recruitment panels to ensure the highest quality of candidates are hired. Serve as subject matter expert in the area of talent acquisition and collaborate with CA team and Employer Branding CoE to successfully roll out Mars EVP. Ensure the best candidate experience by keeping candidates informed on the outcome and timings of the process. Responsible for the successful closing of the recruitment process by preparing an offer for the chosen candidate and a successful negotiation outcome. Continuously build an external talent pipeline; proactively source for high-quality candidates and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities, create and nurture relationships with external agencies/sources of talent, develop creative and alternative external sources of talent and keep on leading edge of external recruitment best practices.

Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers in all aspects of assigned areas Responsible for implementing candidate-friendly processes that fill vacancies with the best talent to secure Mars business objectives Serve as an advocate for building a strong Mars employer reputation to provide a competitive edge and continually promote Mars as an employer of choice Educate and coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and Mars recruitment philosophy, policy, and process Track key recruitment metrics and identify areas for process improvement to enhance candidate experience Proactively work with the Unit P&O Head to review and customize recruitment strategies to fulfill business needs while enhancing the return on investment Proactively identify and monitor local dynamic labor market trends, and business needs to utilize the best channels for recruitment Effectively use all Talent Acquisition systems/tools/programs provided by the global Talent Acquisition CoE to ensure alignment with Mars Inc. strategies Education: University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Business  Experience: 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment for mid-level to senior-level positions in a complex, diverse, and high-growth business  Ability to deliver recruiting solutions to geographically distributed hiring managers while consistently delivering professional customer service  Ability to interpret global processes, practice local operational policies, address issues, troubleshoot for resolution, and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed  Ability to prioritize business and customer needs while providing high value/satisfaction with clients/candidates.  Strong written, oral, and listening communication skills  Strong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable Talent Acquisition technologies & software  Ability to navigate in a complex work environment and drive significant change. Understands the various interviewing methods and assessment tools, recruitment channels and is able to drive ROI within the area of expertise
