I ASPECT4 Finance oplever vi stigende efterspørgsel fra eksisterende og nye kunder, som ønsker et stærkt regnskabsmodul, der er udviklet specifikt til at understøtte de vigtigste forretningsprocesser i netop dén branche, som kunden driver forretning i.

ASPECT4 Finance er kendetegnet ved at være et tværgående finance-modul, som anvendes af både større og mindre virksomheder inden for vores brancheområder Transport, Logistik, Fashion samt Building Supply

Jobbet

Som konsulent i ASPECT4 Finance hjælper du dagligt vores kunder med at optimere deres processer, så de får det maksimale ud af deres ASPECT4 Finance løsning. Du arbejder tæt sammen med udviklerne i både Danmark og Indien, samt konsulenter og kundeansvarlige fra øvrige forretningsområder i EG.

Det er afgørende, at du kan se dig selv i en kunderettet funktion, hvor din vigtigste opgave er at skabe værdi for vores kunder. Samtidig har du interesse i, hvordan processer og lovgivning håndteres i et regnskabssystem.

Opgaver

Som Finance konsulent vil dine opgaver bl.a. være:

Analyse af arbejdsgange med henblik på procesoptimering. Udarbejdelse af løsningsdesign, proces- og funktionsbeskrivelser. Implementering af nye releases i tæt samarbejde med kunderne. Implementering af nye kunder i tæt samarbejde med dine kollegaer.

En stor del af dagligdagen går også med support til kunder og sparring med kolleger. Du vil få arbejdsplads på et af vores kontorer i enten Ballerup, Aarhus, Ikast eller Kolding afhængigt af din bopæl.

Om dig

Vi forventer, at du har erfaring med processerne inden for økonomistyring, er regnskabskyndig og vant til at arbejde med alle regnskabets talmæssige problemstillinger. Du har en relevant uddannelse og flere års erfaring i faget, herunder at du har indsigt i den lovgivning, der er relevant på området.

Du har en god evne til at sætte dig ind i dine kunders udfordringer og har en høj grad af ansvarlighed, hvilket gør dig i stand til at skabe opgaver til både dig selv og teamet.

Derudover er det vigtigt at du:

Kan arbejde både selvstændigt og i team, hvor I hjælper og støtter hinanden i det daglige. Har lyst til at indgå i tæt, tværgående samarbejde om kundeportefølje, hvor du er en understøttende funktion i forhold til den branchespecifikke konsulent og kundeansvarlige. Behersker både dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale.

Det vil være en stor fordel, hvis du har kendskab til konsulentrollen, og måske ovenikøbet har kendskab til ASPECT4 eller har en stor teknisk indsigt.
