The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting, engaging and giving customers a little glimpse of the Le Labo world. With your passion for people; our company; products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience which educates, inspires and delights them. You will walk the customer through the brand's offering and advise products in accordance with the customer's needs.
You will also work as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the counter always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.
You will be reporting to the Counter Manager.
The position is a part-time of 80 hours per month, based in our Le Labo Counter in Ilum, Copenhagen.
More specifically, you will:
Be responsible for reaching your individual sales' target. Provide exceptional and authentic customer experience by finding the right products based on the customer's needs. Have ownership over the counter - keep the counter tidy at all times, re-stock the store and make sure that the visual merchandising is optimal to the brand's guidelines. Establish collaborative relationships with your other ELC colleagues in Illum and your direct manager. Perform services, participate in in-store events and being of help to your colleagues. Administer cashiering and ensure customer satisfaction to improve customer loyalty that will add impact to the business' financial objectives.Qualifications
You are the perfect fit if you:
Have a minimum high school diploma. Have previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry. Have skincare or other beauty certificates (this is seen as a plus) Are proficient in a Scandinavian language and in English both in speaking and in writing. Are able to work independently and in a team within a dynamic environment. Are able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events. Are familiar with Social Media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.Your personality
