About you
As a Customer Success Student Worker, you will be working closely together in teams and supporting our customers in reaching their goals. You’ll join our fast growing and international team of approximately 70 people across Copenhagen, London and New York. This is the perfect job if you like to have influence and wish to gain first-hand startup and business experience in an international context.
Your tasks:
Assist in onboarding of freelancers and new usersAssist in the monthly billing process (create and approve bills, correct mistakes)Set up and extend contracts, gather NDAs from candidates for major global clientsReview and approve freelancer profiles and marketplace jobs Internal Admin, e.g. correcting contracts, follow up on bugs, clean-upAssist with Global Payroll setup on select customersSupport CSMs with preparing data and insights for select customersKeep in mind that Worksome is a startup and there will be lots of opportunities to take on tasks that pop up over time and the general mantra we work under is ‘it’s never not my job’Your profile:
Free to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, and ideally able to work more hours in select peak periodsRelevant education from a University or Business School – however most importantly you are passionate and eager to learn new stuffRelevant experience from interesting jobs, projects, and results, perhaps from recruitment, platform-economy or another startup?Service-minded and a team-playerProfessional English speaker (Danish, French or German is a plus, but not a requirement)Natural interest in Customer experience and interacting with peopleA few fun facts, cool hobbies, geeky side projects, own blog or passions is a big plusWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
