Lige nu søger vi en erfaren og målrettet Sales Performance Manager til at styrke vores forretning. Som Sales Performance Manager vil du være ansvarlig for at identificere og analysere salgsoptimerende aktiviteter, opbygge relationer med stakeholders og støtte vores salgsorganisation med operationel support. Du vil derudover være ansvarlig for at drive og implementere forskellige projekter med henblik på udvikling, optimering og effektivisering.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil bl.a. være at:

  • Analysere data fra bl.a. vores online kanal med henblik på optimering af salget og salgsemner, samt rapportere om resultater
  • Udvikle og implementere strategier for salget
  • Opbygge og vedligeholde relationer med forskellige stakeholders, herunder marketing og udviklere
  • Samarbejde tæt med salgsteamet for at sikre en smidig overgang af salgsoptimerende tiltag
  • Arbejde tæt sammen med Lead Performance Manager og Product Owner omkring emner og kampagner

Vi leder efter dig, der har erfaring med analyse af større mængder data. Som Sales Performance Manager, er det vigtigt at du er god til at analysere og præsentere data, og kan være med til at skabe tiltag, der sikrer bedre arbejdsgange og performance i salget.

Du er initiativrig og har en positiv tilgang til problemløsning og et ægte ønske om at skabe resultater. Vi ønsker os en kollega, der er funderet i sin faglighed, som tager ansvar for løsningerne, og kan følge tingene til dørs. Det er vigtigt at du kan balancere kunsten i at lade dig drive at data og indsigter, og samtidig sikre kontinuerlige leverancer.
