Test Specialist with strongcoordination skills   

The Credit Journey Tribe in Danske Bank is looking for a skilled Test Specialist to take the lead on testing and test principles within our tribe.

We are currently working on automating and renewing Danske Banks credit processes. As part of this process, we need you to coordinate and set the direction for the testing of our different initiatives.

Your day-to-day work will be collaborating with initiative drivers and squads to succeed with the test plan. You will mentor squads in best practices as well as setting the standard for how testing should be done in the tribe and assists our squads in setting up automatic tests for both mainframe and cloud and help the squads work towards a more uniform test mindset.

Who are you?   

You are a pro-active technically founded test specialist who thrive when coordinating and guiding teams in testing large scale IT-solutions and you have the toolbox to improve and implement new methods, tools and processes related to quality assurance and are not afraid to challenge the norm.

You are enthusiastic about setting high quality standards and your ability to coordinate and develop test as a discipline will ensure both quality and fast-time-to market across the Tribe.

Aligning and streamlining the test effort in larger initiatives comes natural to you and you will also find pleasure in developing initiatives like ‘How to develop test data’ for the benefit of the entire Tribe.

You have expert knowledge on various test tools like Zephyr, Cucumber, Postman and more which can support and align the test effort.

As a person you are curious by nature and highly motivated by seeking new trends in the Quality Control Industry as well as identifying improvement possibilities. You can work effectively on your own as well as in close collaboration with colleagues both within the Tribe and with other organizational units. In your daily work, you coach colleagues and share your deep knowledge on testing, and you are not afraid to get your hands muddy in some actual testing from time to time.

Your skills:    Technically founded. You might have a software developer background. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent understanding in different test techniques Solid expertise in test automation both on cloud and mainframe Methodically and structured in your approach to solving tasks. Team oriented with solid stakeholder management capabilities. Working experience with TDD and BDD Provable hands-on experience from coordinating and streamlining testing in larger initiatives or projects.

Work location and benefits?   

We offer a flexible working environment where working from home 1-2 days a week is common. We are currently located in Lyngby, but we will move to Copenhagen City close to Central Station during spring 2024.
