The opportunity and what we offer
Formalize (formerly known as Whistleblower Software) has embarked on an exciting scaling journey with notable success across Europe. As our newly appointed HO Partnerships, you'll be positioned to assemble a small dedicated team, responsible for rolling out a new partner program including partner tiering, incentives, partner management and enablement plus more. The role will initially focus on organising and growing our channel partners but other types of partnerships could be added in the future. You will be joining our team of 120+ people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact on the organisation from the start.
Strategic Partnership Development:Lead the development and implementation of a strategic partnership framework to support the company's growth objectives, going from one product to a platform of products and rapidly growing partner sales in addition to our outbound and inbound sales.
Partner Program Development:
Design and implement partner programs that incentivise sales, collaboration, and mutual success. We want to get a larger share of wallets and continued focus from the current partners, convert them to also deal with our platform offering and take advantage of the synergies between the two. You should develop and manage a structured program to support the diverse needs of our currently 500 partners as well as build plans to attract and grow a significant number of new partners in the coming years in a scalable, effective way.
Build the supporting organisation:
A small international partner team is planned but not hired yet.
Performance Metrics and KPIs:
Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships. Collaborate with partner-related roles to ensure they can meet and exceed their performance targets
Qualifications and about you
Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership management or business development within the SaaS industry. Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships, ideally within compliance/regulatory/legal tech. Experience in building and executing strategic partnership frameworks and programs to support business expansion It’s an advantage having experience in the compliance industry and working with partnerships with law firms, accountant firms and DPOs. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team as well as lead the partner motion across our organisational boundaries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and with external partners. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including country managers, sales teams, marketing teams, and product development teams. Experience fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding partnership performance targets.About Formalize
Formalize (earlier know as Whistleblower Software) is a tech company founded in 2021 with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Madrid and Milan.
This initial chapter has been within whistleblowing compliance and meeting those regulations. Along the way we established strong partnerships and a base of satisfied customers. Our commitment was recognized through the best customer support, which earned us reputation as a customer-centric pioneer. But now, we extended our expertise to a larger compliance universe including data compliance, risk and privacy.
We aspire to help our customers solve the technical and ethical issues of implementing a whistleblower solution as well as managing all the complexity within Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), e.g. for the DORA and the NIS2 regulations. Currently we are a team of 120+ people from 13 nationalities operating in multiple European markets. We are one of the fastest growing SaaS scale-ups.
