The Team You Will be Part of

You will join the onsite IT Support team, responsible for supporting our local business with any IT related issue. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

You will primarily assist the onsite IT Support team with user support, ticket monitoring, device maintenance, testing, and guiding our end users. In particular, you will be:

Monitoring and supporting of tickets, which includes troubleshooting on IT issues or follow-up on requests reported by users. This will give you the chance to develop skillset within IT Support Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or through tickets), as well as first line support at our Walk-in ServiceDesk, to our internal users. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, mobiles, network, printers, and scanners, and maintaining our IT spare stock and updating our local inventory. Handing out new IT equipment to end users, helping our end users with their devices and support with installing equipment onsite. Auditing of meeting rooms to ensure installed A/V equipment is updated and working.

You are able to adapt to changes. Have a fundamental understanding of Windows 10/11 and a passion for continuous improvement. Possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, as it's our company language. Are currently enrolled in an IT-related Bachelor's or Master's program, with at least 2 years left in your studies, and are living and studying in Denmark. As an international organization with colleagues in over 50 different countries, our official company language is English. It’s essential that you can communicate effortlessly with your colleagues, no matter where they are.

Joining GN as a Student Assistant

In GN, our Student Assistants typically work 15-20 hours a week. We value flexibility and will collaborate with you to ensure your working hours complement your studies.
