Global P&C Legal & Compliance work with all kinds of legal aspects related to global labour law and compliance, including data privacy within People & Culture
Responsibilities Ensure continued implementation of Vestas' data privacy set-up in People & Culture's internal processes Guide and support P&C stakeholders on the internal Data Privacy set-up as well as on potential data breaches Monitor progress of data privacy compliance level within P&C Provide training and awareness-raising activities for P&C on data protection and privacy Investigate and respond to data protection incidents and breaches
Qualifications A bachelor or master's degree in Law (Cand. Jur) or Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Commercial Law. (Cand. Merc. Jur) Experience working with GDPR and Data privacy and legal language
Competencies Structured approach and solution oriented with a degree of pragmatism Understanding of and experience within data protection and data privacy Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR Excellent communication and training skills Fluent in English Ability to work independently and as part of a team
