Established in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2015, Dixa was founded on the principle that there must be a better way to do customer service, one that gives customers fast, accurate answers, from any customer service channel, as well as empower agents to have meaningful conversations rather  than just solve tickets for the business. In February of 2021, the company acquired the Australian knowledge platform startup, Elevio. In March 2022 we acquired analytics leader Miuros, and automation pioneer Solvemate to further boost our product offering in this space.
Dixa has expanded globally within the first years since launch and now has 150+ employees in offices across Copenhagen, London, Chicago, and Melbourne. The company has raised more than $155 million in funding to date with backing from Notion Capital, Project A Ventures, SEED Capital and in mid 2021 completed a Series C funding led by US-based General Atlantic.
The role of People Intern is a new role that will initially be a 12-month part-time contract based out of our Copenhagen HQ, reporting directly into the Head of People & Culture. 
As part of a wider People & Culture team, the role will be responsible for supporting the global people and culture strategy for all of our Dixaterians. You will partner with colleagues in the wider People & Culture team, as well other departments including finance and legal.
Responsibilities Partner with the wider people and culture team on specific People projects. Responsible for all People administration work including: Registration of Danish VacationEmployee paperwork creationPracticalities regarding onboarding and offboarding of employeesPayroll process in collaboration with finance HRIS maintenance.Completion of relevant reporting for the investors, local authorities. Presentation creation for company Town Halls. Generate and complete reports on employee engagement for senior management.
About you This role is well suited to a student within the Human Resources Management area, or an individual who is looking to start their career in the Human Resource/People space. You will have a passion and desire to work in a people department.Thrive in working in a fast paced environment.Eager to learn and develop.Fluent in Danish language both written and orally, comfortable working in English (as the is the working language at Dixa).Able to multitask and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail oriented
