We believe that our new People & Culture Assistant is proactive, curious and organised but we know that there is so much more to who you are and we can not wait to get to know you better.

This position is part-time with around 10-15 hours of work per week. You will have flexible working hours, so you can plan your work around your studies.

What you will do:

Recruitment Support, such as booking interviews, taking references and at times screening candidates

Assisting with HR Administration, e.g. on- and offboarding, maintaining our HRIS, contracts, updating our intranet and vacation approvals

Office Administration, including taking care of our equipment

Support our social events

A variety of other ad hoc admin & people related tasks

You:

Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR Management or other relevant education, preferably with at least 1 year of studies left

Live in or near Copenhagen, so you can work from our office located in Frederiksberg

Are able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English. Fluent Danish would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.

Are detail oriented and interested in working with administrative tasks

Are proactive, adaptable and a strong communicator

Handle confidential information sensitively and accurately
