As the Office Manager in our DK office, you will be the on-site people and facilities professional in a rapidly changing environment. Some of your responsibilities will include pre-hire processes, maintaining a welcoming and clean office, and planning and facilitating more significant company events. We are looking for someone motivated and eager and who can create an office environment where everyone is excited to come in every day.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
  • Ensure a well-functional and appealing office working with our piccolo/picoline daily.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to coordinate contracts and operational activities like catering, cleaning, office space designers, reception, and building management.
  • Supervise all financial administration related to running the office.
  • Maintain records and documentation, including but not limited to insurance plans, service contracts, building information, and financial records.
  • Support the organization with setting up meetings and other practicalities related to visitors from other countries, external user arrangements, and discussions with external stakeholders.
  • Support with onboarding for new joiners.
  • Facilitate company events such as Kick-offs, Friday Bars, and Social events.
  • Initiate company initiatives on the facilities side based on needs/company wishes. 
  • Greet visitors and be the first point of contact.
    To thrive and grow in this role, you are bringing:
    • Proven experience as an Office Manager or People Experience Manager.
    • Advanced time management skills and ability to balance responsibilities.
    • Attention to detail, structured and comprehensive planning skills.
    • Ability to take the initiative and work individually.
    • Advanced written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Danish).
      On a personal level, you are service minded, open-minded, innovative, and adaptable. You enjoy working individually as much as being a part of a team, and you have a skill in stakeholder management. You have excellent planning skills, are solution-oriented, have a creative mind, and enjoy focusing on ongoing improvements and solving problems.
