Vi søger en selvstændig og engageret Scale Up Specialist, der kan drive implementeringen af nye produkter i vores produktion, hvor du har indflydelse på struktureringen af dine daglige arbejdsopgaver og hvor to dage aldrig er ens.

Döhler Danmark A/S er placeret i Odense og beskæftiger ca. 110 medarbejdere. Virksomheden udvikler og producerer naturlige frugt- og krydderibaserede ingredienser, som afsættes til fødevareindustrien verden over. Döhler Danmark er en del af den globale koncern Döhler Group med hovedsæde i Darmstadt, Tyskland.

 

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet bestå af:

Ansvarlig for alle produkter i scale-up-fasen. Opretholde et strukturelt overblik over alle produkter i scale-up. Udføre produktionsanalyser og rapporter for scale-up og prøveproduktioner. Koordinere internt med alle afdelinger i relation til nye produkter, råvarer, produktioner og kvalitetsparametre. Være bindeled mellem udvikling og produktion. Implementere nye produkter og processer i produktionen for at sikre effektiv drift. Deltage i prøveproduktioner. Sikre at produktionsmedarbejderne er i stand til at producere de nye produkter. Bidrage til problemløsning og sparring omkring procesmuligheder. Kommunikere med udviklere, salg og business units. Være vært for gæster i relation til scale-up. Sikre at alle stakeholders er informeret om scale-up produkterne. Erfaring med SAP er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Øvet bruger af Excel.

 

Vi ønsker en person med følgende kompetencer:

Stærk kommunikator på flere niveauer, herunder engelsk. Gennemslagskraft og evne til at få tingene gjort. Struktureret og organiseret. Teknisk forståelse af produktionsanlæg. Kendskab til produktion og supply chain. Gå-på-mod og ild i øjnene. Fleksibilitet i forhold til arbejdsopgaver og arbejdstid. Kendskab til fødevarer er en fordel, men kan tillæres.

 

Din baggrund kan f.eks. være kemiingeniør, procesteknolog, fødevareingeniør eller produktionsingeniør.

Det er vigtigst for os er, at du har en personlighed, som passer ind i teamet og til stillingen.
