Nature of Position:

The Senior HR Associate will be working under the direct supervision of the HR Officer based at the Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark.

This position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. It calls for an individual with demonstrated experience in Human Resources Management in a diverse and extremely versatile environment with changes taking place constantly throughout the year, given the nature of the PSP expanding network. Preferably, experience with PSP either at HQ or regional fundraising level would be an asset.

The suitable candidate should have in-depth understanding of HR Rules and Regulations, Policies and Procedures, with proven experience managing affiliate workforce, given the portfolio of over 300 UNOPS workforce in PSP. The incumbent will be expected to supervise a small team of two colleagues, as well as advise and guide PSP managers on a wide range of HR related issues. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in PSP staff planning, being the primary responsible person for the full OPS workforce planning process, under the guidance and supervision of the P3 HR Officer.

This entails a desired familiarity with the PSP planning process, KPIs and other tracking systems (CUBE/HR WebApp) and mechanisms. The incumbent is expected to cultivate and nurture good working relationships with counterparts at DHR to ensure successful performance of HR work in PSP.
