Your New Role...

Join us as the central âright hand personâ to the Managing Director, Warner Bros. Discovery Nordic. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee a diverse spectrum of business projects, ranging from routine executive assistant tasks to organizing independent business initiatives. For the right candidate, this position will give a broad insight into all business units spanning Network, Streaming and Studio.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Co Collaborate with Nordic GM to establish key objectives and priorities.
  • Support management of identified projects across Nordic functions as required.
  • Coordinate projects to hit key milestones and deadlines, collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Develop recurring business performance reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefing documents for Nordic GM covering competitors, partners, individual profiles and more.
  • Support the Nordic Leadership Team in planning for key meetings including agenda setting, coordination, presentation development, note-taking and more.
  • Engage with high profile Executives from other institutions globally.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels on behalf of the MD when required.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Previous executive level support, preferably CEO/C-Suite levels.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including staff, Leadership members and external partners.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication at an expert level, with the ability to ask clarifying questions and collaborate with senior management, internal, and external clients.
  • Proactive and can prioritize and re-prioritize (time management), in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience of presenting materials for senior management in an array of Microsoft office suites including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management.
  • Pro-active, able, and willing to support key projects. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills â authoritative and confident but able to work with sensitivity and diplomacy.
