This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on full responsibility of all aspects of digital marketing. You will be a data-driven marketer, with a forensic passion for where leads come from, tracking them through inbound leads from campaigns, and through sales. You will be highly collaborative marketer working within a marketing team where you will all be involved in growing eloomi’s lead pipeline and business, and working with sales. You will be responsible for delivering the digital marketing campaigns and go-to-market communications to maximize sales and lead generation for eloomi, and you will partner with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Managers and Marketing Operations Manager to ship marketing campaigns to the market. You will be a great juggler of many plates and you will respond fluidly to change. You’ll be passionate about marketing, agile best practices, and of course all aspects of digital marketing from the ‘cookieless future’, AI and beyond.

Your passion for communicating the right messages through the right digital touchpoints will mean you will deliver ongoing marketing communications to prospective customers through the stages of their buyer journey. You plan and lead marketing activities and campaigns; you identify Ideal Customer Profile audience lists; you brief copywriters, digital designers and content production managers, and you work very closely with a digital marketing agency to deliver communications through paid and organic channels. Being data-driven you analyze results from different campaigns across different channels, report on learnings and how your activities drive MQLs and SQLs and then work with the agency to optimize live communications appropriately. You orchestrate and oversea multiple communications through multiple channels, and you have a great understanding and experience of working across web, paid social, organic social, paid search, organic search, display and email channels.

Your responsibilities

Manage multiple vertical and horizontal Go to Market communications and digital campaigns to build our integrated growth machine. Answering buyers questions along the full digital journey from awareness through to demo request. Campaign planning and messaging based on prospective buyers’ questions and needs. Deliver the activities into our 'coordinated campaign model'. Enable us to launch multiple communications in parallel (and therefore enable the team to be more agile, doing more faster) You will deliver data insights to show us opportunities to grow. Once launched and live you will identify, with the agency, opportunities for ongoing optimization and creative refreshesSupport ‘micro campaigns’ and ad-hoc activities with promotional support.

Requirements

5+ years experience digital marketing, including paid and organic social, paid and organic search, display and email marketing. 5+ years B2B marketing experience5+ years agency management5+ years briefing agencies and internal resources for creative and content deliverables5+ years experience of Landing page creation, delivery and CRO3+ years experience global marketing to US, UK and EMEA markets. US experience especially would be a great advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential. Ability to work across a virtual hybrid team based in the US, UK, and Denmark is essential. Highly collaborative team playerAgile working experience in sprints with a backlog would be an advantageMarketing qualification at degree and / or professional level would be an advantage, digital marketing specialism even more so. Experience within SaaS would be an advantage. Experience working with Hubspot would be an advantage.
