About the job
Are you customer service minded and have passion for IT?

We are looking for a technically skilled candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team and play a key role in providing support for internal operations. You take pride in troubleshooting technical issues, provide timely feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency and ensure our internal IT is running smoothly.

What will you be doing?
You are going to do a variety of different tasks but you will mainly:

  • Support with our Helpdesk ticketing operations
  • Manage incidents and service requests
  • Update technical FAQ, guidelines and policies
  • Troubleshooting our devices, offer support for our SaaS systems and help enrolling our SSO system
  • Ensure that our employees are provided with hardware equipment and software tools across our global offices
  • Maintain control over all assets across our global offices
  • Document IT processes through SOP’s and help communicate them across the company
  • Be involved in IT related on- and off-boarding of employees

Who are you?
Our internship program will give hands-on experience on real-world business and a possibility of building your network before graduation of your studies. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master Studies in IT, IT Security, Computer Science or another related field. However, this is not a requirement as long as you are eager to learn and gain practical experiences in an international and dynamic scale-up company.

To succeed in this role you have:

  • Superb customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • Knowledge of IT systems and applications
  • Experience in network management and help desk support is a plus
  • Comfort in communicating with internal as well as external stakeholders
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Fluent English language skills English (written and spoken), Danish will be a plus

The practical:

  • Duration: 3 months with possibility to stay after demonstration of a strong performance
  • Working hours: Full-time preferably, 37,5 hours per week but not less than 25 hours.
