This is a brilliant opportunity for a well-connected, senior igaming affiliate-management professional to join a well-established affiliate network You are an expert on CIS traffic for igaming and come with a warm portfolio of affiliates and operators.
Role & Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners for CIS brands and monitor their activityMonitor and enhance performance, using affiliate softwareCollaborate with marketing partners to identify innovative ways to enhance existing partnerships and test new affiliate strategiesContinuously monitor and evaluate current processes to identify new opportunitiesIdentify key partners and optimize incentives for enhanced productivityRegularly analyze and report on results from network initiativesOptimize deals and campaigns to meet sales and profitability targetsReactivate stagnant affiliate accountsRepresent network at industry events globallyRequirements
Experience from working in an affiliate network as Affiliate ManagerIgaming Affiliation for min 3 yearsStrong affiliate-connections within the igaming industryExcellent knowledge about the CIS iGaming scene: trends, products, shakers and moversBusiness-savvy with excellent understanding of profitability calculationsFluent in English, both written and spokenFluent in Russian, both written and spokenSelf-motivated solution-finder with can-do attitudeStrong negotiation and sales skillsUnderstanding different traffic sources and the benefits/risks associated with eachExperience of analysing traffic qualityAbility to identify fraudulent activitesAbility to travel extensively globally as and when requiredHappy to represent the company at various undustry eventsAbout this role
