Om rollen
Som Head of Strategic Growth & Insight hos P4 vil du ha et tydelig mandat for strategi og operasjonalisering av vårt kommersielle varelager. Pris- og rabattstrategi, verdiberegninger og lønnsomhetsanalyser for å sikre konkurransedyktighet og attraktive produktpakketeringer vil være ditt domene. Samtidig vil du være en viktig bidragsyter i forhandlingssituasjoner med kunder og mediebyråer. Rollen har personalledelse for et team bestående av analyse og planning. Stillingen krever en høy grad av proaktivitet og initiativ.

Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Ansvarlig for å utvikle og implementere strategier for å maksimere inntektsgenerering
  • Overvåke og analysere inntektsstrømmer og varelager
  • Rapportere på nøkkelindikatorer
  • Analyse av markedstrender og konkurranseforhold
  • Yield management
  • Verdioptimalisering av kommersielt varelager
  • Tett samarbeid med salgsteamet for å sikre innsikt og effektive salgsprosesser
  • Være en viktig bidragsyter i kontraktsforhandlinger med kunder og mediebyråer
  • Ledelse av et erfarent og resultatorientert team
  • Deltakelse i salgsledergruppen
  • Deltakelse i P4-gruppens utvidet ledergruppe

Om deg
Vi søker deg som har gode kommunikasjonsevner, sterke analytisk ferdigheter og evner å tolke komplekse datasett. Du jobber innsiktsdrevet, har en utpreget kommersiell legning, og en inspirerende lederstil som oppmuntrer og motiverer. Du er resultatorientert og alltid på jakt etter måter å forbedre, utvikle og maksimere individuelle og kollektive resultater. Samtidig tror vi du søker å optimalisere prosesser og systemer, og verdsetter utvikling.

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Høyere utdanning innen økonomi, markedsføring eller relaterte felt
  • Minimum 5 års relevant erfaring, gjerne fra annonseøkonomi
  • Meget gode Excel-egenskaper og Office-pakken for øvrig.
  • Erfaring med Power BI er ønskelig
  • Det er en fordel med erfaring med eller kjennskap til analyseverktøy som Advantage, K2 eller lignende
  • God forretningsforståelse og evne til å identifisere forretningsmuligheter
