Hver dag serverer Compass Group et velsmagende måltid mad for millioner af mennesker verden over. Vi leverer også serviceydelser inden for rengøring, bygningsdrift og reception, der gør hverdagen lettere for vores mange kunder. I Danmark er vi godt 3000 kolleger, og vores kunder består af nogle af Danmarks største virksomheder. Vi tør derfor godt sige, at hverdagen hos Compass Group er dynamisk og fyldt med udfordrende opgaver ikke mindst inden for marketing.

Kampagner målrettet vores kantinegæster
Vi har godt 350 kantiner i Danmark. Mange af dem har en tilknyttet webshop, cafeer med et bredt varesortiment samt køleskabe, hvor man døgnet rundt kan købe mad, snacks og drikkevarer.

Vi vil gerne skabe opmærksom blandt vores mange gæster omkring vores mad og drikketilbud, og hvordan vi arbejder med bæredygtige tilbud. Derfor eksekverer vi en række kampagner året rundt hos vores kunder. Målgruppen er de 100.000 gæster, der hver dag spiser i en af vores kantiner.

Som Marketing Specialist bliver det dit ansvar at sikre planlægningen af kampagner, indhold og udtryk samt eksekvering. Der gør du i tæt samspil med gode kolleger indenfor ESG, Indkøb, e-commerce, grafikere og vores food excellence team. Kanalerne er mange og dækker alt fra storskærme, skilte i kantiner, SoMe kanaler, mails med mere. Det afhænger af den enkelte kunde. Eksempler på aktiviteter kunne være fokus på take-away-muligheder, de gode historier om danske råvarer i sæson, julekampagnen eller en retailkampagne, der skal have et ekstra skub.

Giv vores nye frokostordning luft under vingerne
Til efteråret lancerer vi en frokostordning til små og mellemstore virksomheder. Det er et nyt forretningsområde, og vi får brug for din hjælp til at lancere og drive marketing af den nye ydelse bedst muligt. Du skal sammen med vores bureau og dine kolleger være med til at sikre vores digitale markedsføring af frokostordningen via diverse kanaler. Det kan være indhold til kampagner, lead generering og kampagne-eksekvering.

Om dig
Vi er på udkig efter dig, der:

har en baggrund indenfor marketing og nogle års erfaring med lignende opgaver. Både har kendskab til grafiske værktøjer, kan skrive fængende tekster og har en god kommerciel forståelse er god til at planlægge den målrettede kampagneindsats med et skarpt blik for målgrupper, budskaber og kanaler. Indsigt i digitale markedsføring og kendskab til fx Google ads, Meta Business Suite, e-mail automation og LinkedIn Ads er iderig, kreativ og god til at arbejde struktureret med fokus på detaljen, og at nå i mål til aftalt tid. er god til projektledelse og til at inddrage vigtige stakeholders undervejs.
