About the position

We’re looking for a proactive team player to own performance across paid channels. As our Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all paid marketing activities. You’ll coordinate efforts with our external agencies and with your expertise in performance marketing, you’ll evaluate and elevate campaign results. You’ll oversee our paid budget, ensure optimal advertising spend, and be responsible for planning and conducting email campaigns with support from our email marketing coordinator.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for paid channels, including META, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with our creative team to produce data-driven ads and campaigns
  • Oversee budgets, reporting, and performance tracking for maximum efficiency
  • Implement split testing across paid and email platforms to drive improvements
  • Generate leads for the inbound sales team, manage the sales funnel, and report performance metrics
  • Plan and execute email campaigns in collaboration with the email marketing coordinator
  • Boost e-commerce traffic through targeted paid marketing and email strategies
