Join our Client and Market team in the Energy Systems department as our new Bid Coordinator and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.
Your new role
As our new Bid Coordinator - Energy Systems, you will be part of our Client & Market team, supporting our district heating and electricity supply experts in developing quotes. You will be based in our office in Ørestad, but you will work with colleagues all over the world. Your focus will primarily with international projects, but the bids will target both Danish and international customers. The energy sector is growing rapidly, and you will play a crucial role in marketing our services and helping us take part in projects that support the green energy transition.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Support the Bid Manager in driving bids for Power Systems and District Energy. Responsible for the overall editorial and visual output of the proposal including CVs and references. Maintain our CVs and reference database Assist Subject Matter Experts and Sales Responsible with power-point presentations Scanning proposal databases for new tenders.Your new team
You will be part of our Client & Market team in our Energy Systems division. These include:
Medium or Higher education degree Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales or tenders, preferably in the energy sector or energy consultancy services Be a closer and perfectionist (you are the last one to see the proposal before submitting) Proficiency in graphical tool such as In-Design or similar. Customer-oriented and self-reliant attitude, reliable and structured way of working Good communication skills both oral and written and being able to communicate effectively.
