Nomecos Sortimentsudvikling hører under området Apoteksdivisionen. Afdelingen håndterer et bredt sortiment af mærkevarer inden for en lang række produktkategorier. Vi har ansvar for alt fra kontraktforhandling, sortimentsudvælgelse, leverandørsamarbejde med omkring 400 leverandører til stamdatavedligeholdelse og samarbejde med apotekskæderne.

Det er målsætningen altid at kunne tilbyde apotekerne det mest attraktive sortiment af leverandørmarkedsførte mærkevarer, hvilket vi opnår gennem kategoriudvikling, viden om trends inden for apotekets produktkategorier og ikke mindst et rigtigt tæt samarbejde.

Afdelingen som består af 10 medarbejdere, kendetegnes ved konstant udvikling og bevægelse, et stort engagement og drive – og så har vi en uformel og inspirerende omgangstone.

Som Customer & Supplier Relations Coordinator vil du blive en del af et velfungerende team, hvor du både bliver udfordret og supporteret af gode kolleger, som hjælper hinanden.

Jobbet

Jobbet dækker 2 hovedansvarsområder. Du bliver således ansvarlig for samarbejde med en apotekskæde – ligesom du får ansvaret for vedligeholdelse af varestamdata. Sortimentsudvikling er bindeleddet mellem apotekskæderne og apotekerne, så det bliver din opgave at koordinere og eksekvere apotekskædeaktiviteter. Det drejer sig om alt fra kampagnehåndtering, prisvedligeholdelse og håndtering af rabat- og sortimentsaftaler, hvor du vil have stor mulighed for at få indflydelse på optimering og udvikling af opgaverne. Derudover vil du have ansvaret for stamdata i sortimentet af frihandelsvarer, hvor det er opgaven at sikre korrekte stamdata til apotekerne.

Jobbets succeskriterie er at sikre at vi får løst alle opgaver på bedste måde for vores kunder. Det kræver at du er proaktiv – forudser evt. udfordringer og reagerer rettidigt og løsningsorienteret.

Som et ekstra og særligt ansvarsområde, vil det være dig der har ansvar for afdelingens elev. Vi får hvert år en ny elev, og her skal du - via en tæt dialog og en god tilrettelæggelse af elevens forløb – sikre elevens læring og trivsel.

Profil

Du er måske uddannet farmakonom eller har en uddannelse fra kontor – og kommer med praktisk erfaring fra en lignende stilling, hvor du har haft en koordinerende rolle.

Din arbejdsfacon kendetegnes ved et højt serviceniveau og omhyggelighed - og dit engagement smitter af på omgivelserne. Du tager ansvar for egne opgaver – er løsningsorienteret og har positiv gennemslagskraft. Du motiveres af nye udfordringer og sætter dig relativt hurtigt ind i nye opgaver. Du trives med skarpe deadlines og den blanding af alsidige og faste opgaver, som dagen bringer, og du er i stand til at opretholde en struktur, som sikrer dig fokus – og gør det muligt for dig at følge opgaverne til dørs.

Endelig er du stærk i din kommunikation både mundtligt og skriftligt. Du har generelt flair for IT og systemer – og er en rutineret bruger af office-pakken. Har du kendskab til AS400, CRM er det en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Sidst men ikke mindst bidrager du hver dag aktivt til et godt arbejdsmiljø

Vi har månedlige afdelingsmøder og one-to-one samtaler hver 2. uge. Derudover har vi tværgående statusmøder med øvrige afdelinger.
