Mercell vokser hurtigt, og vi har nu brug for en Customer Service Agent (Customer Support Specialist). Vi leder derfor efter en servicemindet og løsningsorienteret person til vores Customer Service-team for Procure-to-Pay(P2P)-området.

Din mission

Som Customer Service Agent (Customer Support Specialist) bliver du en vigtig del af vores support-funktion, der supporterer både offentlige og private kunder samt deres leverandører. Den ideelle kandidat vil indgå i vores team med gejst og gå-på-mod både eksternt og internt i organisationen samt bidrage til høj kundetilfredshed.

Du tager initiativ og er struktureret i din tilgang til opgaverne. Det er vigtigt, at du viser stærke færdigheder ift. problemløsning og er dygtig til at kommunikere både skriftligt og mundtligt på dansk og engelsk. Yderligere sprogfærdigheder er et plus, især norsk.

Hovedansvarsområder

Som en del af vores Customer Service P2P-team vil du bidrage med fremragende support og hjælp til brugen af vores cloud-baserede løsninger, der spænder bredt i hele Purchase-to Pay-området fra indkøbsløsningen til support af dokumentflows. Vi arbejder i spændingsfeltet mellem indkøbende organisationer og deres leverandører og leverer en række services til begge parter.

Du vil efter grundig oplæring i vores produkter blive vidensperson indenfor et område på vores løsninger samt bidrage med guides og inputs til videreudvikling af løsningen, f.eks. ift. automatisering og forbedring af funktionalitet.

Det vil være en fordel, hvis du besidder erfaring fra helpdesk, 2nd level support eller lignende stillinger.

Dine daglige opgaver vil bl.a bestå af håndtering og eskalering af sager i vores ticket-system, besvare vores support-telefoner og samarbejde med kollegerne i Customer Service P2P for at finde de bedste løsninger. Derudover vil der være arbejde med at supportere dokumentflows, f.eks ift. kataloger, ordrer og fakturaer.

 

Kvalifikationer

I rollen som Customer Service Agent (Customer Support Specialist) vil du hjælpe og guide vores kunder med alt fra simple spørgsmål til mere komplekse problemstillinger og teknisk support. Det er vigtigt, at du er en kommunikativ person og trives med at løse udfordringer af forskellig teknisk karakter.

For at lykkes i denne rolle ser vi gerne at du besidder følgende:

Erfaring med applikationssupport, gerne fra en SaaS-virksomhedFlydende i dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligtStort plus for norske sprogkundskaberKendskab til IT, og har nemt ved at lære nye programmer og hjælpe andreExcel-kendskab er et stort plusFremragende kommunikationsfærdigheder
