Retail Development Manager til Copenhagen Grooming og SoKind. 

Vi søger en Retail Development Manager, der er drevet af passion for retailhandel, og drømmer om at gøre en forskel dagligt i en virksomhed, hvor ambitionerne er store, og loftet er højt. Vores ideelle kandidat er en person, der ikke kun har en passion for detailhandel men også forstår betydningen af B2B-forbindelser i udviklingen og væksten af vores brand.

Du er en mester i at opbygge relationer, forhandle aftaler og identificere nye muligheder på retailmarkedet. Du trives i krydsfeltet mellem B2C-salg og B2B-strategi, og du er ikke bange for at tage initiativ. Med et skarpt øje for detailtrends og en dyb forståelse for kosmetikbranchen, er du på udkig efter en stilling, hvor hver dag byder på nye udfordringer og muligheder for at gøre en forskel.

Kunne du tænke dig at:

Udvikle og forhandle nye retailpartnerskaber i Danmark, Tyskland, Sverige, US og andre nøglemarkeder.

Anvende dit branchekendskab og netværk i kosmetiksektoren til at identificere og udnytte nye muligheder.

Samarbejde med teams på tværs af virksomheden for at sikre en effektiv markedsføring og brandpræsentation.

Være virksomhedens ansigt udadtil i forhold til B2B-partnere og ved brancherelaterede events.


Kan du genkende dig selv i at:

Du har solid erfaring fra retailbranchen og meget gerne indenfor kosmetik, og måske endda med specifikt kendskab til det tyske, svenske eller amerikanske marked?  

Du er en erfaren forhandler med en stærk track record for at sikre og udvikle B2B partnerskaber.

Du besidder stærke interpersonelle færdigheder og evnen til at bygge relationer på tværs af kulturer og markeder.

Du er ambitiøs og drevet af at skabe resultater i en hurtigt voksende virksomhed.

Er flydende på både dansk og engelsk, med tysk og/eller svensk som en stærk fordel.
