Vi søger en erfaren, udadvendt og resultatorienteret assisterende butikschef til vores butik i Field's

Som assisterende butikschef er din primære opgave, at være medansvarlig for den daglige drift og ledelse af butikken i tæt samarbejde med butikschefen, at være et forbillede for dine kollegaer samt at servicere vores kunder.

Den rette kandidat brænder for at være med til at lede og udvikle teamet ved at vise vejen og gå forrest. Du skal have erfaring inden for branchen og meget gerne i tilsvarende funktion. Du kan skabe en god dialog med vores kunder og ved, hvordan man afslutter et salg. Du er god til at holde fokus og bevare overblikket og har flair for salg og service.

ARBEJDSOPGAVER

• Ansvarlig for den daglige drift og ledelse af butikken, når butikschefen ikke er  tilstede

• Implementering af ledelsens tiltag og retningslinjer for butikken

• Prioritere og planlægge butikkens daglige opgaver, samt og optimering af salget i samarbejde med butikschefen

• Vagtplanlægning via SameSystem i samarbejde med butikschefen

• Igangsætte salgsfremmende tiltag i samarbejde med butikschefen

• Lede, motivere og udvikle butikkens medarbejdere

• Ansættelse af personale; fuldtid og deltid i samarbejde med butikschefen

• Deltage i planlægningen af personalemøder

• Medansvarlig for varehåndtering herunder varebestillinger, lagerstyring og afholdelse af de af ledelsen fastsatte antal varestatus

• Medansvarlig for butikkens udtryk, herunder in-store merchandise, vinduer, mannequiner og displays, butikkens generelle udtryk.

• Sikre, at butikken har Danmarks bedste kundeservice

SUCCESKRITERIER

• Opnå de af ledelsen fastsatte salgsbudgetter og KPI’er

• Assistere med at overholde de fastsatte budgetter for lønomkostninger, svind – og fraværs-procenter, samt lagerdifferencer

• Etablere et stabilt og veluddannet butiksteam, med fokus på at uddanne Moss-talenter, klar til fremtidige ledelsesopgaver

• At kunne fremvise en butik på højt niveau, både visuelt og kommercielt.
