Afdelingen er ansvarlig for at udvikle vores fundraisingaktiviteter og producere kommunikation, der skaber opmærksomhed om vores sag:

Samlet er vi DRC omkring 9.000 medarbejdere i mere end 40 lande.Dine opgaverSom Marketing Automation Specialist bliver du overordnet ansvarlig for vores marketing automation løsning Agillic i tæt samarbejde med kolleger i vores Donor experience team.
Du skal stå for segmentering, datahåndtering og opsætning af flows samt give dine kolleger sparring på, hvordan vi bedst udnytter potentialer i basen og sammen forbedrer kommunikationen til eksisterende og potentielle støtter.
På baggrund af eksisterende kundedata kan du selvstændigt identificere og opbygge segmenter.
Du holder styr på opsætning og opfølgning på donor journeys, og bistår med at optimere på løsningen.Du sikrer, at vi får analyseret og evalueret på vores indsatser, og sparrer med dine kolleger om forbedringsmuligheder og tests i kommende kampagner.Du holder styr på best practice og sørger for, at resten af teamet holdes opdateret på resultatet af de tests, vi kører.Du er ansvarlig for, at integrationer mellem fx CRM og Agillic fungerer hensigtsmæssigt, og tager initiativ til, at vi får udnyttet data ordentligt.
Din profil Du har erfaring med marketing automation løsningen AgillicDu har erfaring med en kundecentreret og databaseret tilgang til segmenter.Du har teknisk erfaring med opsætning af kunderejser.Det er let og naturligt for dig at forstå nye systemer og deres funktioner.Du trives i en hverdag med både variation og rutineopgaver.Du kan arbejde selvstændigt og håndtere flere opgaver sideløbende.Du kan lide at hjælpe og supportere dine kolleger.Du er proaktiv, nysgerrig og har flair for at omsætte data til konkrete tiltag Din uddannelse er ikke afgørende, så længe du har konkret erfaring med at arbejde med data, segmenter og opsætning af kunderejser.

Vilkår er i henhold til gældende overenskomst indgået mellem DRC Dansk Flygtningehjælp og AC.Stillingen er fast og normeret til 37 timer ugentligt inkl.
