Mover søger Operations Specialists, der skal være med til at skabe unikke brugeroplevelser og reducere spild - i ordets bredeste forstand. Rollen er forrest i spændingsfeltet mellem logistik og den nyeste teknolgi, hvor du kommer til at arbejde i tæt kontakt med kunder, leverandører, og vores interne specialister.

Hos Mover benytter vi teknologi til at nytænke logistikken. Vi vokser hurtigt og du får mulighed for at være med fra starten i vores scaleup rejse. Vi har fået IKEA i ejerkredsen og vi skal derfor ekspandere på tværs af Europa med et af verdens stærkeste brands i ryggen.

Om stillingen
Som Operations Specialist hos Mover er der fokus på din personlige udvikling og du får mulighed for at prøve kræfter af med vores største og vigtigste kunder. Du vil få en spændende hverdag sammen med dygtige kollegaer, der går på arbejde for at gøre en forskel.

Du vil dagligt være i tæt kontakt med vores kunder og leverandører, hvor du skal bevare overblik, kommunikere professionelt, finde løsninger på komplekse problemstillinger, og levere branchens bedste service.

Tempoet er højt og i travle perioder er du som en flyveleder, der holder styr på alt mellem himmel og jord.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil primært indebære:

  • Overvåge systemer og processer for at sikre, at alt kører som planlagt
  • Proaktiv support for at sikre de bedste oplevelser for alle brugere
  • Tiltag, der løfter oplevelsen og kvaliteten
  • Finde ind til kernen af problemstillinger og løse dem
  • Koordinere opgaver i daglig kontakt med kunder i alle størrelser
  • Besvare henvendelser via chat, mail, og telefon
  • Medvirke til at optimere arbejdsgange og systemer, så vi hele tiden er på forkant
  • Du er professionel og ambitiøs
  • Du kan bevare overblikket og det gode humør i pressede situationer
  • Du er god til at kommunikere klart og tydeligt over telefon og på skrift, på både dansk og engelsk
  • Du er superbruger af MS Office, navnlig Excel
  • Du har flair for teknologi, er nysgerrig og lærer hurtigt
