We are excited to announce a multifaceted job opportunity for the position of Administrative and Safety Coordinator at the Energinet project in Denmark. We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our team and play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks along with ensuring the highest safety standards.

Position: Administrative and Safety Coordinator

Office Location: Ribe 6760 Denmark

Responsibilities:

Safety Coordination: Oversee and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. Provide safety training to project personnel Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety compliance

 

General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth project operations. Digital Mailbox Management: Handle and organize digital mail correspondence efficiently. Supporting to get a work permit: Following up on the progress of Work permit and residence permit, getting MitID, Tax card, and Bank account. Employee Housing Coordination: Assist in finding suitable rental houses for project employees relocating to Denmark. Purchasing Tools and Supplies: Source and purchase tools and minor supplies necessary for project operations. Vendor and Service Provider Liaison: Establish and maintain contact with local firms for services such as crane rental, accounting, waste management, etc.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a project-based environment. Excellent communication in Danish and negotiation skills. Experience in safety coordination and certified as a safety coordinator with a certificate.
