As our Team Assistant is away on maternity leave you will be joining Asset Management as a team assistant as well as work on ad-hoc tasks and projects together with the rest of Asset Management.


In Asset Management, we invest funds on behalf of clients across both Personal & Business Banking and Large Corporates & Institutional within a large range of investment products spanning equities, bonds, delegated offering and hedge-funds.

Apart from working closely with our distribution we have a close collaboration with stakeholders across IT/Tribes, AM Operations and 1st and 2nd line risk functions.

"You will have a pivotal role providing effective and efficient executive assistance by supporting the Asset Management leadership team, contributing to smooth task flow and deliveries. Further, you assist with strong time management skills and through collaboration you ensure a smooth process of office support."

Foster communication and drive initiatives in Asset Management

You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks to provide personalised assistance and administrative support.

But also, be able to participate and support on department projects and collaborate closely with our EA and PA's across the organisation.


Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Handling calendar, e-mail correspondence and support time management and right prioritisation.
  • Decisions and respond accurately to internal and external information requests.
  • Coordinating various meetings, events, department activities, management offsites etc.
  • Handling expenses and facility management.
  • Support with smaller IT tasks


You will be in dialogue with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders, and act on behalf of management to facilitate and role model transparent communication and good collaboration – while you also assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed and develop ideas for new, relevant initiatives and put them into practice.

Excel in time management and coordination in a fast-paced environment

You're pro-active, with a problem-solving mind-set and excellent coordination skills for making things happen.

You must be able to work with discretion and confidentiality and thrive with constant focus on time management and prioritise daily workload.


You bring to the role:

  • Experience working as a coordinator, assistant or PA/EA for senior management /executives.
  • Knowhow of planning and working with both long and short term objectives.
  • Good communication skills and professional fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Proficient in outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint as well as fast in adopting other apps
