I Twentyfour søger vi en marketing praktikant til content creation (alt lige fra tekstforfatteri til grafisk arbejde og videoproduktion) og kommunikation, som skal supportere og hjælpe vores marketing team med at producere og håndtere content til alle vores online kanaler, herunder sociale medier, blogindlæg, nyhedsbrev, hjemmesider etc.

Om stillingen som marketing praktikant
Som marketing praktikant hos os, bliver du en del af vores lille marketingafdeling, og vil i dit forløb komme til at jonglere mange forskellige opgaver indenfor områder som tekst- og content produktion, sociale medier, blog, nyhedsbrev, hjemmesider og meget mere

Det er vigtigt, at du er proaktiv og kommunikationsstærk, kan arbejde selvstændigt og har et skarpt øje for detaljen, når det kommer til content creation. Derudover er det også super vigtigt, at du formår at levere til deadlines.

Arbejdsområder
Stillingen som marketing praktikant kommer til at indeholde en masse “journalistarbejde” ift. research af forskellige emner som f.eks. digital forretningsudvikling, ledelse, salg, digitale tendenser, osv.

Du vil komme til at producere en masse skriftligt og grafisk content til bl.a. vores hjemmesider, blog, nyhedsbrev og sociale medier, herunder Facebook og LinkedIn. Du får derudover også mulighed for, at arbejde en smule med SEO og betalt annoncering.

Det ekstra fede ved praktikstillingen er, at du også vil komme til at hjælpe med at producere og tilrettelægge vores videoproduktion af bl.a. Aagaard Talks, teasers og andet videomateriale.

Hvem er du?
Vi forestiller os, at du passer til stillingen hvis du studerer kommunikation, marketing, business development eller lign. Du er rationelt tænkende og en god team player – samtidig kan du arbejde selvstændigt og er ikke bange for at blive udfordret eller at tage ansvar.

Det er også rigtig vigtigt, at du har gode skriftlige kompetencer på både dansk og engelsk.
Under hele dit forløb vil du spille en vigtig rolle for vores marketing team og vil skulle arbejde ud fra udtrykket ‘learning by doing’. Derfor vil du helt sikkert støde på en masse ny viden og findings, som du altid er velkommen til at dele med os Vi elsker sparring og at få inputs – og så er din holdning generelt vigtig for os.

Praktikprogrammet
Vores praktikforløb er for studerende og strækker sig over minimum 10 uger, er fuldtid og ulønnet.
Vi tager vores praktikforløb seriøst, idet vi bruger det som en effektiv rekrutteringsform. I Twentyfour bliver alle vores praktikanter sat til at lave rigtigt arbejde og indgår på lige fod med resten af teamet. Så du kan være helt rolig – hos os bliver du aldrig sat til at lave kaffe eller stå ved kopimaskinen.

I løbet af dit forløb bliver du tildelt en mentor (Rasmus Bjørn Aagaard), som vil guide dig, og hjælpe dig med at udvikle dig fagligt.

Vil du være en del af holdet?
Vi arbejder hårdt og løber stærkt, men vi har også plads til at have det sjovt. Vi har et super godt sammenhold på kontoret og udfordrer ofte hinanden i bordfodbold eller bordtennis, når hjernen lige skal have lidt energi til de næste opgaver.

Vi har ofte sociale arrangementer som f.eks. gokart, fredagsbar, paintball osv. Derudover har vi også en løbeklub, og vi spiller ofte padel tennis eller fodbold sammen. Vi tilbyder vide rammer og fleksibilitet, men vi forventer, at du leverer og engagerer dig fuldt ud i dit arbejde.
