As a Content Specialist, you will

  1. Create compelling content for the Norwegian market, delivering impactful messaging.
  2. Develop content strategies to optimise engagement and conversion rates across platforms.
  3. Write new content for various formats, e.g., web, blog, email, social media, paid ads.
  4. Optimise and update existing content.
  5. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to improve SEO and drive organic traffic.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to enhance content development.
  7. Collaborate with regional teams to evolve content and copy efforts.
  8. Monitor and analyse content performance for optimization.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in content marketing.
  10. Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills.
  11. Publish content on websites and manage external resources for translations.

Required

  1. You are fluent in spoken and written Norwegian (Bokmål).
  2. High proficiency in English.
  3. Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter.
  4. Proven experience of producing copy that drives sales.
  5. Ability to adapt writing style and tone to different target audiences and brand guidelines.
  6. Understanding of local culture & how to communicate to the target population.
  7. An urge to drive sales through optimising and creating content.
  8. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
  9. Proficiency in conducting thorough research on various topics and industries.
  10. Experience in optimising content for different platforms and formats.
  11. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  12. Great attention to detail.

We’d love it if you have/are

  1. Understanding and experience in SEO and Keyword analysis.
  2. Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for content decision-making.
  3. Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they relate to content.
  4. Familiarity with content distribution strategies and tactics.
  5. Experience with either SaaS or digital products.
  6. A team player with the ability to work independently.
  7. A strong will to learn and grow in your role and skills.
  8. High energy and a good sense of humour.
