Du er typen der altid tænker kommercielt og forstår at producere og optimere content med udgangspunkt i forretningsmål, din solide erfaring samt data. Du er fagligt stærk på dit felt, og navigerer ubesværet i en organisation med mange forskellige projekter og kampagner - både on- og offline. Du går forrest og udvikler og eksekverer på egne produktansvarsområder, så resultaterne styrker både gæsteoplevelse og omsætning. Din faglige indsigt i målgrupper, content, brand activation og markedsføring samt din kreativitet gør at aktiviteterne prioriteres der, hvor effekten er størst. Du har overblikket og evner sammen med dine dygtige medarbejdere, at aktivere budskaber og relevante produkter på rette tid og sted og til helt rette målgruppe.

Du leder Content & Brand Activation Teamet som ud over dig, består af 5 erfarne kolleger med hver deres specialiserede ansvarsområde. Du indgår i Marketings ledergruppe, hvor du sammen med de 3 øvrige Head of’s og Tivolis Marketing Director, har det samlede ansvar for 24 kolleger på tværs af teams i Marketing. Successen kommer med et tæt tværgående samarbejde omkring at udvikle, implementere og eksekvere koncepter, produkttiltag samt kampagner på tværs af segmenter, platforme og områder.

Dine primære ansvarsområder og opgaver

  • Lede content specialister, der udvikler, eksekverer og aktiverer content baseret på Tivolis brand platform og aktivitetsplaner
  • Udvikle, drive og eksekvere content-marketingstrategien på tværs af egne kanaler – i tæt samarbejde med resten af marketingafdelingen
  • Udvikle processer, som sikrer driftssikkerhed og kreativitet på tværs af content teamet
  • Videreudvikle og drive contentstrategien på tværs af egne kanaler (newsletter, some, app, mv.)
  • Udvikle og drive ugentlige content planer på tværs af egne kanaler - i samarbejde med Head of Media
  • Tilpasse og aktiverer kampagnemateriale til kanal og målgruppe
  • Udvikle og efterleve Tivolis CVI og TOV - i samarbejde med Head of Brand & Campaign

  • Har flere års erfaring fra en lignende stilling – gerne fra en performanceorienteret branche eller fra et reklame-/digitalt bureau
  • Har udpræget digital, kommunikativ og kreativ forståelse og et solidt kendskab til udvikling og drift af egne kanaler
  • Har en forretnings-, performance og dataorienteret tilgang til marketing
  • Er en erfaren leder, der kan løfte et team af dygtige og engagerede medarbejdere
  • Har erfaring med projektstyring og ledelse med fokus på deadline arbejde
  • Formidler problemfrit i skriftlig og mundtlig kommunikation
  • Har styr på stakeholder management på top og peer to peer niveau

Om os

Tivoli Marketing består af kreative, kommercielle håndværkere med stor ordenssans og berøringsflade i hele organisationen. De 30 kolleger har forskellige specialer, og holder til på Axelborg overfor Tivolis Hovedindgang. Du kan sagtens have høje forventninger til både arbejdsniveau og sammenhold, og der er tit anledning til at fejre både små og store succeser.
