JP/Politikens Erhvervsmedier søger nu en Product Manager, som skal lede og drive produktudviklingen af vores erhvervsmedier med ansvar for abonnementsområdet.

Vores erhvervsmedier er på en vækstrejse med medier i Danmark, Norge og Tyskland, og vi leder efter en person, der vil med på den. Erhvervsmediernes udviklingsteam, som er en del af JP og Politikens udviklingsafdeling, har ansvaret for at udvikle over 30+ medier - blandt andet nichemedierne Watch Medier og snart også Monitormedier. Sammen med udviklingsteamet skal du skabe forudsætningerne for de bedste kundeoplevelser ved at balancere kundernes behov og forretningens ambitioner.
Product Managers i erhvervsmedier har det samlede overblik over de digitale produkter herunder strategi, produktmål, roadmap og den daglige udvikling. For at lykkes med dette arbejder du tæt sammen med de andre PM’ere på teamet samt udviklere, sælgere, kundeservice-medarbejdere og marketingspecialister. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du trives med mange relationer, og at du kan kommunikere komplekse tekniske problemstillinger for forretningen.
Dine arbejdsopgaver bliver bl.a. at:
Sikre at de digitale produkter i erhvervsmedierne udvikles i tråd med de overordnede strategier og i meget tæt sparring med interne interessenter og vores kunder. Varetage produktejerskabet i udviklingsteamet for abonnementsområdet. Eje produktmål, KPI’er og backlog prioriteringer på baggrund af analytisk data og samarbejde med forretningen og produktteamet. Formulere målsætninger, hypoteser og brugsscenarier for nye initiativer og features. Have fingeren på pulsen og følge med i markedsudviklingen, forbrugertrends og nye digitale muligheder inden for B2B salg, markedsføring og digitale kunderejser. Bidrage til strategi- og visionsarbejdet for abonnementsområdet.Din profil
Du har et indgående, dybt kendskab til digital produktudvikling eller forretningsudvikling og er nysgerrig på best practice indenfor B2B salg og digitale kundeoplevelser. Dit kendskab går på tværs af teknologi, salg og strategisk forretningsforståelse. Det er et plus, hvis du har erfaring fra en B2B eller software as a service (SaaS) virksomhed.
Du får en nøglerolle i at drive udviklingen af erhvervsmediernes digitale produkter, og vi forventer, at du er god til at kommunikere, arbejder struktureret og målrettet og er meget stærk i interessenthåndtering.
Derudover lægger vi vægt på, at du kan praktisere et agilt mindset, der kan flytte fokus fra projekter og kortsigtet funktionsudvikling til et product mindset med fokus på effekt og målbar værdiskabelse for vores kunder.
